What you can do before the date of migration:

  • Please change the format of our username to 1234567-8@easybell.de.
    Please notice, that 1234567-8 is just an example of a user ID. You can find your real user ID in the customer portal.
  • If you’ve configured a second VLAN for your calling, please remove this. This technology is no longer supported by your new connection. After the successful switch, you can set up a second PVC for ADSL2+.
