How do I set up a telephone conference?

In the following instructions we will show you how to set up a telephone conference room. The conference room can be used by up to 10 participants.

1. Log in to the customer portal with you login information.

2. Click “manage phone numbers” (“Rufnummern verwalten”).

3. Click the blue button “phone” (“Telefon”) next to the phone number you want to set up as a conference room.

4. Here you can change the mode. To set up a telephone conference, click “Conference” (“Konferenz”).

5. Your “mode” has been changed successfully.

Notice:Please notice, that this phone number is not available for “normal” incoming calls anymore, because all calls will automatically lead to the conference room.
