How do I set up Fax2Mail?

In the following article we will show you how you can easily set up the Fax2Mail function in your easybell customer portal.

1.First log in to the customer portal with your easybell access data.

2.Click “Manage numbers” via “Phone settings”.

3. Next, click the blue “PBX”" button located at the top right of the phone number for which you want to activate Fax2Mail.

4. Here you can change your current mode as you like. To set up your Fax2Mail, click “Fax”. Then enter an email address to which you want to receive the incoming faxes. Finally confirm with a click on “Apply”.

5.Your “Mode” has been successfully changed.

Note: Please note that the phone number is no longer available for “normal” incoming calls, as the fax service automatically accepts the calls.
