How do I set up a telephone conference?

In der folgenden Anleitung zeigen wir Ihnen, wie Sie eine Telefonkonferenz einrichten.

1. Log in to the customer portal with you login information.

2. Click “manage phone numbers” (“Rufnummern verwalten”).

3. Click the blue button “Telephone” (“Telefon”) next to the phone number you want to set up as a conference room.

4. Here you can change the mode. To set up a telephone conference, click “Conference” (“Konferenz”). Confirm with “Takeover” (“Übernehmen”).

5. Your “mode” has been changed successfully.


Notice:Pleace notice, that this phone number is not available for “normal” incoming calls anymore, because the caller will automatically lead to the conference room.
