How do I set up a call forwarding?

You can set up a call forwarding via your easybell customer portal. We explain, how to do this.

  • Register with your personal login data
  • Click phone functions/manage phone numbers. (“Telefon-Funktionen”/“Rufnummern verwalten”.)
  • Click the cog symbol next to call forwarding (“Rufweiterleitung”).

 

  • Define, in which cases you’d like to have a call forwarding. After you've chosen an option for call forwarding, there's a field next to the option. Enter the phone number for call forwarding (have a look at the screenshots).
  • ONLINE (phone connected to the internet)
    Here you can decide when the call forwarding shall be activated.

  • Click Takeover (“Übernehmen”).
  • BUSY (phone is not connected to the internet) The call will be directly forwarded.

  • Click Takeover (“Übernehmen”).
  • OFFLINE (phone is not connected to the internet). The call will be directly forwarded.

  • Click Takeover (“Übernehmen”).
  • Your call forwarding is successfully activated.
