How can I set up a customer portal’s login for my employees?

You can set up a so-called office desk login for your employees. You only need one of our Business plans.

The employee log in with the phone number (0049...) of a Cloud account or a normal phone number plus its SIP password. Now he or she can send SMS and faxes online or is able to set up caller ID, call forwarding or the voicemail of the Cloud account or the phone number.

Your employees have access to your offered Cloud account but can’t take a look at the company’s bills or manipulate other employees’ lines.

The safest way is an own Cloud account for every employee.

They can log in via  www.easybell.de or the Office-Desk Login.
