What should I do if I'm not able to be at home on technician's date?

If you are not able to be at home, maybe someone can sub for you, e.g. a friend, a member of your family or your neighbour). If you can’t find someone, please inform us by no later than four working days before your technician’s date. After that, we will ask Telekom for a new appointment.
