Why does my DSL not work after (new) activation?
If DSL doesnʼt work after new activation, please check the cabling of router, telephone socket and computer first. Thereʼs no splitter necessary. If youʼve got another router or a replacement cable at home, try this as well. Please double-check the log in information. If the light at “DSL Synchronisation” or “Power/DSL” is still on even if everything is connected correctly, please inform us to help you.
