If there's no internet connection, please try the following troubleshoot:

1. Please check if your router is correctly connected and if it's turned on.

2. Double-check the LEDs. 

2.1 The LEDs of “Power/DSL” are permanently lightening:

  • Restart the router. If there's still a problem, please check your log in information again.

2.2 LEDs of “Power/DSL” are off  – it's probably out of order.

  • If you don?t have another router to double-check, please contact our support team.

2.3 LEDs of “Power/DSL” flashes:

  • Restart your router. If the problem is still there, please contact our support team.
