If you've ordered a router, it will be delivered close to your date of activation via DHL. An earlier delivery is not possible. The router is preconfigured with your log in information. You just need to plug in the router. Now you are online. It's no problem to order a router at easybell later. Just send an email at our support team or call 030/80951001. If you would rather have your router delivered to an alternative address, please tell us via email. The delivery to a packing station is possible as well.
