What happens on the date of activation without a technician?

In the following article, we explain what happens on the day of activation without a technician at yours. Find out, what to notice when you’ve got a new connection with remote switching or an existing one.

You won’t need to be at home if an activation without a technician is possible. If a technician needs to come to yours, we will explicitly tell you in your received email.

Without the need for a technician’s date, everything will be a bit easier. You now get to know what will happen in detail:

A) Using an existing connection

At the day of activation, your old provider will stop delivering and we will get the connection withing a few hours. If this is successful, you will be able to use your new easybell connection and be able to call with your normal phone number. Please notice: It could take up to 24 hours until your phone number is available from all networks.

B) Getting a new connection with remote switching

Your connection will be activated during the day, at least until 8 p.m. If you have connected your router already and set it up with your login information, the DSL light stops blinking. Now you can use your internet and your telephone.
